Aparna Jain is an executive coach and counsellor.
She helps young adults deal with their anxieties and fears, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Her deep knowledge of human behaviour was further honed by her extensive training with the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences (ISABS). She is a Master Practitioner in NLP, Certified Practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an Advanced Practitioner of Bach Flower Remedies and an international “Heal Your Life®” Workshop Leader based on Louise Hay’s philosophy.

This course inspires you to tame your inner demons, claim your magnificence and achieve a new level of self- confidence and balance within. It takes you through fun and practical exercises to identify your underlying beliefs, discover the associated primary emotions and get scientific tools to gain mastery over them.
The simple but powerful tools taught are from the field of Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Holistic Healing. These will help rewire your brain towards positivity and resilience. By the end of the course, you will be able to recognize your emotions and limiting beliefs as they surface and apply tools to manage them to live a more balanced and productive life.
The course is experiential using elements of art, music, storytelling, theatre and movement. Activities such as the below will guide students on their journeys of self-development:
awareness and management of emotions through exercises such as ‘conversation jar’, ‘feeling boards’, mirror work, free flow painting and music
exercises based on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to counter the impulsive reactions of flight, fight and fright
