About the event
“If help and salvation are to come, they can only come from the children, for the children are the makers of men.”
Dr. Maria Montessori
A century has gone by since Dr. Maria Montessori developed an empirical method of education based on her observations of children in a slum in Rome. “Follow the child” was her maxim.
This course aims to empower parents to begin Montessori..ing at home so that they begin to see their child in a nobler light. They can better prepare the nourishing soil of the home in a way that the emotional, behavioural and cognitive roots of the young child can develop strong and deep.
This in turn empowers the child to construct a happy, trusting and robust sense of himself and the world around him and happily prepare him to ignite his love of learning in his next phase (6-12 yrs)!
